Life Story for Ann Lewis Parker

Mrs. Ann Lewis Parker, age 84, a resident of Ashford died early Wednesday May 27, 2015 at her home after an extended illness.

Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday May 29, 2015 at the Ashford City Cemetery with Mr. Ray Lewis and Mr. Benjamin Lewis officiating and Kendall Glover directing.

The family will be receiving friends from 9:45 a.m. until service time at the cemetery on Friday. Flowers will be accepted.

Mrs. Parker was born on June 19, 1930 in Ashford the daughter of George Elbert and Geraldine Rice Lewis. She was a homemaker and loved flowers and working in her yards. Mrs. Parker was a avid Bowler and was a Ashford High School graduate.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Charles Francis Parker; 3 brothers, Quinton, Budge and Lamar (Monk) Lewis.

Survivors include: daughter, Linda Parker Isley (John Greg), Dothan; son, Tim Parker, Ashford; granddaughter, Franna Cherish Mason (Matthew), Clarksville, Tn.; 5 great-grandchildren, Jesse Francis Cain, Channah Rose Cain, Emma Grace Mason, Faith Ileen Mason and Curtis Lee Mason; 2 brothers, Ray Lewis (Beverly), Ashford; Gordon Lewis, Birmingham.
