Obituary for Bobby Oree Brown
Bobby Oree Brown, a resident of Dothan, died Friday, June 26, 2020.
Memorial services for family and friends will be held 2:00 p.m. Sunday, June 28, 2020 at the home of Francine and Buck Lawrence, 449 Butler Road, Lot A-1, Dothan, Alabama with the Reverend Jerry Lawrence officiating. The family will be accepting flowers and all deliveries may be made to the Lawrence residence on Butler Road. Glover Funeral Home of Dothan is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Brown was born August 23, 1965 in Donalsonville, Georgia to Wilson Oree and Jennie Dominey Brown and grew up in Okeechobee, Florida. He later moved to Umatilla, Florida before coming to the Dothan area ten years ago. Bobby worked as a dairyman most of his working life and was an excellent handyman.
He is survived by his wife, Darlene Marie Burnham of Dothan; his mother, Jennie D. Cannon; three children, Joshua, Samantha and Jessica; seven grandchildren; two brothers and two sisters, Billy Joe Brown (Audra), Francine Brown Lawrence (Buck), Sharon Brown Lawrence (Jerry) and Roland Brown (Angela); several nieces and nephews also survive.
