Obituary for Brenda Jean Beasley
Brenda Jean Beasley, a resident of Cowarts, passed away Saturday, February 6, 2021 at UF Shands Hospital in Gainsville, Florida. She was 70.
Graveside services will be held 11:30 a.m. Friday, February 12, 2021 at Cowarts Baptist Church Cemetery with Reverend Johnny Roberts officiating and Glover Funeral Home directing. All masking and social distancing guidelines will be observed.
Brenda was born October 7, 1950 in Nashville, Tennessee to James Carl and Ruby Carroll O’Saile and grew up in various places during her father’s military career. She was a graduate of Louisville High School in Louisville, Alabama. Brenda was employed as an educator for several years and also worked in the computer lab in the school system. She enjoyed facebook and music. She loved her grandchildren and whether it was baseball, band or other activities, she was there for them. Brenda was an avid Alabama football fan, ROLL TIDE! She was a member of Cowarts Baptist Church.
She is predeceased by her parents and a brother, Jerry.
Survivors include her husband of fifty years, Donald Beasley of Cowarts; two sons, Jeremy Beasley (Sandy) of Haleburg and Brian Beasley (Misti Jo) of Headland; five brothers, Carl O’Saile (Tammy), Mike O’Saile, Neil O’Saile (Shannon), Rick O’Saile (Janie), all of the Nashville, TN area and Steve O’Saile (Lynn) of Herrin, IL; five grandchildren, Gracie Beasley, Haiden Beasley, Ty Beasley, Byson Cinfici and Thomas Colella.
