Obituary for Brenda Elmore Vining
Brenda Elmore Vining, a resident of Daleville, passed away, Sunday night, April 4, 2021 at Signature Healthcare of Northwest Florida. She was 76.
A private service will be held for the family.
Brenda was born September 26, 1944 in Columbus, Georgia to Lester (L.C.) and Sara Grimes Elmore and lived most of her life in Houston County. She was employed with the Garland House for many years. She loved to fish and was of the Baptist faith.
Brenda is predeceased by her parents, her twin sister, Linda Davis, a brother, Robert Elmore, her husband, Harry L. Vining and her daughter, Patricia Alexander.
Survivors include four children, Doug Ivey of Rehobeth, Darlene Hill (Johnny) of Tallahassee, Florida, Daniel Ivey of Daleville and James Ivey (Tiffany) of Wicksburg; grandchildren, Laura Jeans, Paisley Blevins and Haley Ivey and several other grandchildren; a sister, Dianne Woodham of Dothan.
