Coy Dale “Woody” Wood, a resident of Dothan, passed away Tuesday, January 19, 2021 at his home. He was 57.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 noon on Saturday, January 23, 2021. At all other times the family will be gathering at the home of his mother, Lois Wood, 419 Timbers Drive in Dothan.

Mr. Wood was born September 6, 1963 in Dothan and lived most of his life in Dothan where he attended school. He was a master plumber for over 30 years. He enjoyed music and grilling out.

He is predeceased by his father, Eual Wood and a nephew, Daniel Wood.

Survivors include his wife, Lisa A. Wood of Dothan and a daughter, Ashley Nichole Wood Wright of Dothan; his mother, Erma Lois Wood of Dothan; brother, Johnie Wood (Dorrie) of Chipley, Florida and two sisters, Sheila Wood Duby (Andrew) of Wicksburg and Karen Wood Winn of Dothan; several nieces and nephews also survive.
