Obituary for James Gary "Jim" Ballash
James Gary “Jim” Ballash, of Brantley and formerly of Miami, passed away Saturday, November 5, 2022 at Flowers Hospital. He was 68.
Jim was born January 7, 1954 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to Stephen William and Mary Anne Waddle Ballash and moved to Miami at an early age where he graduated. He owned and operated J. B. Media for many years and lived in Louisiana and Houston during his working career. He also was employed with N.E.C. and Samsung. He retired in Brantley, Alabama. Jim enjoyed the outdoors, especially hunting.
He is survived by his brother, Stephen W. Ballash (Pam) of Ocala, FL; his step-mother, Anne Ballash of Pittsburgh, PA and two nieces, Audra and Whitney.
