Obituary for Jimmy Jackson Peacock
Jimmy Jackson Peacock, of Cottonwood, passed away Wednesday, November 9, 2022 at Henry County Health and Rehab Center. He was 80.
Graveside services will be held 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, November 15, 2022 at Madrid City Cemetery with Glover Funeral Home directing. The family will receive friends following the graveside service.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Madrid Cemetery “Maintenance Fund”, P O Box C-48, Cottonwood, Alabama 36320.
Mr. Peacock was born November 1, 1942 in Houston County, Alabama to Stonewall Jackson and Abbieree Eldridge Peacock and was a lifelong resident of Houston County. He was a truck driver for most of his adult lifetime.
He is predeceased by his parents, a son, Jimmy Keith Peacock, a brother, Bruce Peacock and a sister, Lucille Powell.
He is survived by a sister, Martha Sue Seay of Dothan.
