Obituary for Lori Leigh Craig Beumer
Lori Leigh Craig Beumer, 62, a resident of Dothan, passed away Wednesday, September 14, 2022, at Southeast Health.
Memorial services will be held 11:00 am, Saturday, September 24, 2022, at Grimes United Methodist Church. The family will receive friends from 10:00 am until 10:45 am prior to services.
Flowers will be accepted or memorial contributions may be made to Grimes United Methodist Church Children’s Fund, 404 Parramore Road, Dothan, AL 36303, or Wiregrass Area Food Bank, 382 Twitchell Road, Dothan, AL 36303.
Lori was born April 21, 1960, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to the late John Earl Craig Jr. and Ruth Robbins Craig. She spent her early years in Dothan and was a 1978 graduate of Dothan High School. She worked as an office manager at the Better Business Bureau for many years. Lori was a member of Grimes United Methodist Church.
She is preceded in death by her parents.
Survivors include her husband of 33 years, Scott Beumer; daughter, Lydia Beumer Johnson (Wes) of Panama City Beach, FL; sisters, Lisa Winborn of Memphis, TN, Eva Jackson (Mickey) of Oak Grove, AL; several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
She loved and was loved.
