Ruby Laverne Friedrich, of Ashford, passed away Sunday, December 19, 2021 at her residence. She was 79.

Graveside services will be held 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, December 29, 2021 at Pinecrest Memorial Gardens in Marianna, Florida with Pastor Troy West officiating and Glover Funeral Home directing.

Mrs. Friedrich was born May 21, 1942 in Calhoun County, Florida and graduated from high school in Altha. She has been a resident of Ashford for eighteen years. She was well known as a creative and talented seamstress and decorator. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother and will be dearly missed.

She is predeceased by her parents, a brother Tommie Ham, a sister, Avie Branch and her husband, Joseph Friedrich.

Survivors include two sons, Ronnie Harrell of Ashford and Steve Harrell of Malone, Florida; three grandchildren, Courtney Harrell, Colby Harrell and Connor Harrell, all of Malone, Florida.
