Spiral was born October 24, 1976 in Anoka County, Minnesota and lived the early years of his life om Vergas, Minnesota. He was a resident of Cottonwood or the past 3 years. Spiral was employed at Dominoes Pizza, as a cab driver and also worked at the convenience store. He attended Cottonwood Methodist Church.
He is survived by his parents, Daniel and Kristie Zavoral of Ponsford, Minnesota and two brothers, Darryl Lee Zavoral of Detroit Lakes, Minnesota and Jared Lee Zavoral of Monticello, Minnesota.
