Obituary for Ken Brown
Walter “Ken” Kenneth Brown, 76, a resident of Ashford, passed away on Monday, November 1, 2021, at his residence.
Memorial services will be held 10:00 a.m. Friday, November 5, 2021 at Center Baptist Church with Rev. Charles M. Pierce officiating and Glover Funeral Home directing. The family will receive friends at the church following the services.
Mr. Brown was born June 14, 1945 in Ashford, Alabama to Johnie and Wilma Capps Brown and was a lifelong resident of Ashford. He served his country in the U.S. Army and was a truck driver for many years. Mr. Brown was a member of Center Baptist Church.
He is predeceased by his parents and four brothers, John Arthur Brown, Larry Allen Brown, James Gary Brown and Donald Eugene Brown.
He is survived by his wife, Catherine “Cat” Brown and several nephews.
